Metro-North Planning to Renovate Stations, Add Trains Under New Capital Plan

Chairman and CEO Thomas Prendergast spoke at a Business Council of Westchester event Friday saying that besides the new stations and trains, the MTA will make Penn Station accessible and enhance communications—all part of the authority’s $29.5 billion capital plan, according to an article at in Journal News.
