New Elevator Unveiled At Port Chester Metro North Station
The station is now fully accessible for people with mobility disabilities

PORT CHESTER, NY — A new handicap accessible elevator is now in operation at the Port Chester Metro North station. The elevator, which take commuters from the sidewalk to the Connecticut-bound platform, is located on Westchester Avenue next to the rail bridge.
The project was started in October 2016 and cost $6.1 million, lohud.com said.
