New Rochelle Woman Charged in Port Chester Theft

Police: $125 worth of clothing, jewelry taken at Kohl's.

A New Rochelle woman was charged with petty larceny in connection with the theft of $125 worth of merchandise from the in Port Chester, according to Port Chester police.

Donanyely  Landeo, 22, of 25 May St., New Rochelle was accused by store security personnel of taking jewelry and clothing without paying for the items, police said. While Port Chester officers were investigating the incident, police said, Landeo gave a false name and address, saying she was from the Bronx.

In addition to being charged with petty larceny, Landeo was charged with false personation.

She faces a hearing in Port Chester Village Court.
