NY, NY: CLAY An invitational exhibition as part of Clay Art Center's year-long focus IN OUR BACKYARD

Clay Art Center is pleased to announce its current exhibition NY, NY: CLAY, curated by author, curator and NYU professor, Judith Schwartz, PhD. The exhibition will showcase an eclectic representation of young, mid-career and mature artists and can be viewed as a sampling of the work of those who live, work, and build their careers in this quintessential urban environment of New York City.

About the exhibit, curator Judith Schwartz, PhD. states, "...New York is money, power, people - and with that, fortunately, taste, culture, and in the ceramic arts, some of the most dynamic individual expressions in clay today."

The exhibition will run from April 3 at 4PM through May 25, 2016
