Class Description: A brief history of coffee and its origins lead into an explanation of variables found in manual brewing methods such as V60, Chemex and others. From water quality and temperature, to grind and brewing method, this class is designed to help the home "barista" understand the parameters that effect coffee, and walk away with the ability to brew the best coffee possible at home.
