A New Rochelle man was charged with driving while intoxicated Sunday on I-287 in Harrison, according to State Police. Alejandro A. Mendoza, 25, of New Rochelle was stopped by state troopers at 10:30 p.m. on westbound I-287 at the Exit 8 interchange. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdmeanor. Mendoza was released pending a hearing in Harrison Town Court.
