A 15-year-old Port Chester boy faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child after he punched an 8-year-old boy who got into a fight with his 7-year-old brother, according to Port Chester police. Police said Port Chester two boys, 7 and 8, got into a fight about 2:50 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither one was seriously injured. However, police said the 7-year-old told his 15-year-old brother about the incident, and the older brother responded by tracking down the 8-year-old and punching him in the stomach. Police said the 8-year-old was not injured. A family member reported the incident to police. After an investigation, the 15-year-old was charged in connection with the incident. Police don't know what started the fight between the two boys.
