Port Chester Man, 21, Faces Sex Assault Charge

A Port Chester man surrendered to Greenwich Police who obtained an arrest warrant charging him with second-degree sexual assault.

According to a police report, Juan C. Morales-Arpi, 21, of 80 Putnam Ave., Port Chester, surrendered at police headquarters on April 23. He also is charged with risk of injury to a minor in connection with the incident reported March 20.

"The investigation alleges Morales had intercourse with a female juvenile under 16 years of age," according to the report which also indicated the arrest warrant has been sealed and further details will not be made public.

Morales posted a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear May 1 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
