Port Chester Man Accused in Cortlandt Home Burglary
Police allege he used to work for the homeowner.

Cortlandt, NY – Joshua D. Campbell of Port Chester, New York, faces a charge of Burglary in the 2nd Degree, a Class C Felony.

On Dec. 15, state police were dispatched to investigate a residential burglary that occurred on Watch Hill Road in Cortlandt.

An investigation revealed that the suspect, one of the homeowner’s former employees, unlawfully entered the complainant’s home and stole a television, computer and small safe, police said.
The 24-year-old Campbell was arrested Dec. 16, arraigned in the Town of Cortlandt Court before Judge McCarthy and sent to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
