Port Chester Man Arrested after Scuffle Over Cigarette at Hospital
The suspect is accused of cursing, fighting with a Greenwich Hospital security guard.

GREENWICH, CT - A 60-year-old Port Chester man was arrested following a scuffle with Greenwich Hospital security when he allegedly tried to light a cigarette despite being told the Perryridge Road hospital is a smoke-free campus.
The incident occurred shortly before 11 p.m. March 3.
The man, identified as Chester A. Ozarowski, of 58 Haines Blvd., "belligerently disobeyed the instructions of a uniformed hospital security officer advising him smoking was prohibited on the property" and "defiantly attempted to light a cigarette on the (Emergency Department) parking deck," according to a police report.
Ozarowski is accused of "cursing" at the security officer and getting into a "scuffle" with the officer before he was subdued by hospital security, according to the report.
Ozarowski was charged with disorderly conduct and released on a written promise to appear March 11 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
