Port Chester Ousts 3 Trustees from Board

PORT CHESTER, NY - Three Village of Port Chester trustees have been ousted from office for failing to sign their written oaths of office.

On Thursday, the village attorney told Greg Adams, Daniel Brakewood and Luis Marino, all Democrats, that they were no longer trustees because the oaths weren’t signed within 30 days of the start of their terms, according to an article in the Journal News.

One Republican trustee—Francis Ferrara—said he signed his oath at the request of the village clerk, the Journal News reported.
