Port Chester Voters Will Use New Voting Machines On Tuesday
Voters will see some changes at the polling booth when they cast their votes for village trustees on March 15.

PORT CHESTER, NY — Port Chester voters headed for the polls on Tuesday for the village's trustee election will notice a big change in the way ballots are cast.
Port Chester voters will be using new ES&S DS200 voting machines in this year's election.
The process seems fairly straightforward and there is even a handy how-to video online for voters who want to familiarize themselves with the new technology before going into the voting booth.

After filling out a ballot at a polling station, the voter can then insert the unfolded ballot into the tabulator in any direction. The voter should then see a "Thank you for voting" message on the display screen to confirm tabulation. If this message does not appear, a poll worker should be contacted.
