Restaurant Cited for Violating Port Chester Entertainment Regulations
Police: Kaylee's did not have license for live musical performances.

A spot check of local restaurant led to a citation for violating Port Chester's village regulations on live entertainment, according to Port Chester police.
Village police officers heard loud music coming from Kaylee's Restaurant on Pearl Street on Saturday at 11:45 p.m. Inside, police said they found a four-person band performing. However, the restuarant did not have the required village license for the musical performance, according to police.
Police said the business was issued a ticket for the violation and the restaurant faces a July 27 hearing in Port Chester Village Court.

Police officers were also conducting checks for compliance with state alcohol laws. No violations were found at the restaurant, police said.
