County Honors For Notable Musical Achievements
Four students will represent the district's music program when they participate in the All-County Music Festival.
PORT JEFFERSON, NY - From Port Jefferson School District: Four Earl L. Vandermeulen High School students will represent the district’s music program when they participate in the New York State Council of Administrators for Music Education All-County Music Festival.
Sinan Ates, Rachel Park, Ryan Robertson and David Rotunno will take part in the festival at Connetquot and Half Hollow Hills East high schools on Nov. 7, 15-16. They were selected along with other student-musicians from across Suffolk County on a competitive basis with New York State School Music Association scores as the main criteria along with teacher recommendations.
