Dear Ticket Holders. I can say with confidence "You are in for a powerful, moving performance this evening!" Last night's 9/11 remembrance brought tears to my eyes several times and, in the end, I came home with a profound peace I have not felt in a while. It was the music, yes, but more than that, it was the community. Over seventy musicians collaborating to help us make sense of this world. Over seventy musicians working together to express sorrow, anger, love, hate, peace, hope...
I look forward to seeing you this evening. Tell your friends you are going to this 9/11 remembrance- they may wish to come, too. The music is powerful, and the chorus and orchestra are energized and eager to share it with you!
