Man Steals Tractor, Backs Into Another Man And Drives Off: Police
The hit-and-run happened a day after the tractor was stolen, police say. Watch video of the hit-and-run inside the story.

CORAM, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the man who police say stole a tractor and then got into a hit-and-run crash with it.
A John Deere tractor was stolen from the Vistas of Port Jefferson, at 588 North Bicycle Path in Port Jefferson Station, on April 20, police said. The next day, the tractor was involved in a hit-and-run crash that injured a pedestrian at US1 Gas Station, at 1575 Route 112, Coram, police said. The man is wanted for grand larceny and leaving the scene.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward of up to $5,000 is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
