Port Jeff Middle School Musicians Perform at Danfords

With the sounds of their strings, four Port Jefferson Middle School musicians entertained attendees at the New York School Bus Contractors Association’s 60th annual convention on Oct. 17 at Danfords Hotel and Marina.

The student musicians, Hyun jin Lee, Mayu Takeuchi, Annalisa Welinder and Lucas Welinder, who call themselves, “The Sound Strings,” performed a number of Classical selections during the evening.
