Police ID Man Killed In Suffolk Crash
The man was ejected from the car and pronounced dead at the scene Thursday morning, police say.

CORAM, NY – A 54-year-old man was killed in a single-car crash in Suffolk County Thursday morning, police said.
According to police, Mark Farabaugh was driving a 2001 Hyundai south on Patchogue-Mount Sinai Road, just north of Pine Road, in Coram when his car left the roadway and struck a tree at 10:37 a.m.
Farabaugh, of Canal Road in Mt. Sinai, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. The vehicle was impounded for a safety check and detectives are asking anyone with information on the crash to call the Sixth Squad at 631-854-8652.
