Suffolk Federal Promotes Toni Ajello to Director of Mortgage Lending
Suffolk Federal is proud to announce the promotion of Toni Ajello of Port Jefferson Station, to Director of Mortgage Lending.

Suffolk Federal is proud to announce the promotion of Toni Ajello of Port Jefferson Station, to Director of Mortgage Lending located at the Medford branch. In this position, Ajello is responsible for overseeing all mortgage originations, processing and underwriting required for mortgage loan growth. She is the lead liaison between Suffolk Federal membership, mortgage servicing vendors, mortgage attorneys and other parties involved in the mortgage process. Ajello monitors the credit union’s mortgage policies, procedures and required audits. She additionally provides leadership and supervision to mortgage department personnel.
Ajello led the implementation of Suffolk Federal’s First Time Home Buyers Club account in an effort to reward future home buyers and their capacity of save with a cash back incentive towards closing costs.

Ajello has been employed at Suffolk Federal since 2000 and previously served as the Mortgage Manager. Prior to joining Suffolk Federal, she was employed at Suffolk County’s Department of Civil Service in Hauppauge as a Proctor. Ajello also previously worked at Comsewogue School District.
Ajello is affiliated with CUNA Lending Council, LIBOR (Long Island Board of Realtors) and NAPW (National Association of Professional Women).
