1945 Swing Band Dance
October 24 at Polish American Hall...to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II
Port Washington’s John Michael Marino Lodge No.1389 Order Sons of Italy in America is hosting a swinging dance party. The event will be held Saturday, October 24th from 7:00 – 11:00 p.m. at the Polish American Hall, 5 Pulaski Place.
Musical entertainment will feature 19-piece swing band Bill Wilkinson and the Long Island Sound Swing Band. There will also be a cash bar and grill, as well as raffle prizes. The pre-paid entry fee is $25 per person. No more than 300 tickets can be sold since that is the capacity of the Polish Hall.
