The Art Guild Announces Fall Class Schedule at CreARTive
Kids and parents enjoyed an afternoon of creARTivity, toured Elderfields and learned about classes for kids being offered in the fall.
Children and their parents were invited to The Art Guild at Elderfields Preserve for CreARTive, a fun afternoon of creative art-making, on Saturday August 22, 2015. Children worked with clay, made simple prints, tie-dyed t-shirts, sketched and created collages as parents mingled, toured the building and spoke to Art Guild staff and volunteers about upcoming fall classes for children.
“It was a terrific afternoon and a fun way to re-introduce ourselves to parents and children. It was a great way to show off our dedicated teachers, staff and volunteers. I think we made some new friends and hope that we’ll see them again soon, “said Susan Herbst, Associate Executive Director.
