Call for Artists: Port To Port - Gallery Exchange Tues., Oct. 6 - Sun., Oct. 18

Members of The Art Guild may apply to exhibit their artwork in a unique gallery exchange with Port Jefferson Arts Council

Members of The Art Guild may apply to exhibit their artwork in Port to Port, a unique art exchange with Greater Port Jefferson Northern Brookhaven Arts Council (GPJNBAC) which will take place Tuesday, October 6 - Sunday, October 18. Non-members can become members at the time of submission.

This unique art exchange sends artwork by The Art Guild (TAG) members for exhibit at The Port Jefferson Community Center, 101A Broadway, Port Jefferson. The work of members of the Greater Port Jefferson-Northern Brookhaven Arts Council (GPJNBAC) with be on exhibit at Elderfields. No prizes will be awarded in this show, however, all accepted artists will receive a one year membership in the GPJNBAC.

This event is a signature event for Long Island Arts Alliance’s Arts Month in October, and is sponsored by Nassau County Department of Parks and Dick Blick.

RECEPTIONS
• GPJNBAC Artists’ Opening Reception AT THE ART GUILD Saturday, OCTOBER 10 • 3-5 PM

• TAG Artists’ Closing Reception AT PORT JEFFERSON VILLAGE CENTER Sunday, OCTOBER 18 • 3-5 PM

ELIGIBILITY Open to TAG Members 18 years and older. Membership must be current. One entry per member. Artwork must be available September 27 - October 18. Artwork must be suitable for all viewing audiences. The Art Guild reserves the right to choose the artwork to be included for exhibition.

ENTRY FEE Members $25 for one entry (non-refundable). REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. You must register no later than September 14, 2015. Space is limited. No entries will be accepted after the deadline.

MEDIUMS Any medium, including but not limited to watercolor, oil, acrylic, pastel, drawing, photography, mixed media, collage and sculpture.
