High School May Be Over, But Not Baseball

Local Schreiber grads start their own team.

Sammy Santora and Rob Kujan weren't ready to give up playing ball when they graduated from in 2009. Now, one year later they are back in uniform playing for the Port Washington Tribe, a team they started themselves, with their friends.

The Tribe plays in the Stan Musial Baseball League. Throughout the season, the team has garnered some local support. A portion of the money for the team jerseys came from and made them. When they're not traveling for away games, the Tribe calls their homefield.

The Tribe has its first round of playoffs this Sunday.
