Maccabeats to Serenade Audience in Port Washington
The a cappella group is set to perform next month.

Maccabeats is set to kick off the holiday season with an a cappella performance in Port Washington next month.
The Maccabeats, a Jewish music and a cappella group, has recently gained a large fanbase. The group is committed to the philosophy of Torah u-Madda, the integration of traditional and secular wisdom. The Maccabeats perform an array of Jewish, American and Israeli songs. The vocal group was originally formed in 2007 at Yeshiva University.
The performance will take place Sunday, Dec. 11 at The Community Synagogue, located at 160 Middle Neck Road.

Tickets can be purchased in advance on The Community Synagogue website. Tickets cost $18 for adults, $10 for children ages 2-12 and free for children under 2 years of age. Tickets are free to members of The Community Synagogue.
The event is expected to sell out so be sure to grab your tickets in advance.
