Manhasset Science Honor Society Hosts ‘Ask a Scientist’ Lecture

The Science Honor Society is meant to promote appreciation for the sciences while recognizing students who excel in science progams.

Manhasset Secondary School students in the Science Honor Society took part in their first “Ask a Scientist” virtual lecture. Students heard from Manhasset alumna Ashley Peter, who graduated in 2011. Peter is currently working as a project manager for the Artemis Program for NASA. She shared her experience and helped advise the high school students.
