Mural Focused On Diversity: Call For Student Artists

Residents Forward is "Calling all Gen Z artists"! The Port Washington Mural Project’s newest mural will be located on Campus Drive, at the Musso Properties building. The theme is “finding a path forward for Port Washington that inspires a worthier tomorrow for everyone, by tapping into the pride of diversity and togetherness of our community”. All Schreiber High School students (classes of 2020-2024) are invited to submit artwork for this new mural. The winning concept will be painted on the wall by a professional independent mural contractor. Solo and group submissions will be considered, and the winning artist(s) will receive $500!

We thank our sponsor, Musso Properties, for bringing this important and timely mural to our own. This project would not be possible without our partners, The Art Guild of Port Washington and project manager, Michelle Shain. All submissions should be received by September 30th. To find out details for submission, please visit our website, residentsforward.org.
