Port Washington Elementary Students Play All-District Concert

From the Port Washington Union Free School District: They say that practice makes perfect. That certainly rings true for Port Washington School District elementary schools. Students from Port’s seven elementary schools recently showcased their musical talents during the Elementary All-District Band and Orchestra concert.

The concert included impressive performances by students from John J. Daly Elementary School, Guggenheim Elementary School, Manorhaven Elementary School, John Philip Sousa Elementary School, and South Salem Elementary School. Port Washington Union Free School District aims to provide students with the opportunity to sharpen and develop their interpersonal skills and become self-disciplined individuals all while pursuing the highest standard of academic excellence through music.
