Port Washington: Meet Your New School Superintendent!

Port Washington, N.Y. (July 2019)—The Port Washington Union Free School District invites the community of Port Washington to meet the new superintendent of schools, Dr. Michael Hynes. The two meet and greet events are open to the public and will be held in the Paul D. Schreiber High School library on Tuesday, July 30th at 7:30 p.m. and on Monday, September 16th at 7:30 p.m. All community members are welcome to attend.

“I am honored to be appointed as superintendent of the Port Washington School District,” said Dr. Hynes. “I look forward to connecting with the school community in person at these meet and greet events to discuss my goals for the district as well as what I hope to accomplish in my first 100 days as Port Washington School District’s superintendent.”

Hynes has expressed his desire to meet with Port Washington families and students as they embark on the upcoming 2019-2020 school year. Please feel free to attend either or both events. The district looks forward to seeing you there.
