Port Washington Native Alana Benjamin Joins Compass

Port Washington - Today Compass announces that Alana Benjamin, the Port Washington and Sands Point real estate and lifestyle expert, has joined the company. Alana serves a wide client base that includes city-dwellers looking to relocate without having to compromise good eats or an active lifestyle. Her active community involvement, market expertise, and tailored client-focused approach have allowed her to transact $70 million in real estate throughout her career.

"I am excited to step into the next phase of my career by partnering with Compass," said Alana. "As the buying-and-selling of homes evolves, I will now have access to real-time data, optimized reports, and technological solutions to best serve my clients."

Alana's partnership with Compass comes at a time when the national real estate firm is revolutionizing the real estate sector with technology that reimagines what is possible. Recently, the company introduced Compass Lens, an AI-powered tool that allows homeowners to envision what homes would look like with cosmetic upgrades to maximize the homes' value. The national firm has also released a comparative marketing analysis tool (CMA) that enables AI-powered recommendations to inform pricing strategies.

Alana's clients will also have access to unique programs including Compass Concierge, which covers upfront costs of home improvement services such as roofing repairs, painting, moving, and storage costs. The program makes it easier for sellers to update their homes to secure the best deals possible.

"As a native of Port Washington, I am inspired to share my love for my community with my clients," said Alana. "Partnering with a tech firm will benefit my community and help me provide my clients with the world-class service they deserve."

Alana is no stranger to modern tools as she actively leads @livinginportwashington, an online forum that provides the Port Washington community and potential buyers with a snapshot of local events, sights, and news.

Alana comes from an established real estate family. Her mother, Nava Mitnick, was a nationally ranked real estate agent for 20 years and exposed Alana to the fundamentals of real estate.
