Residents Forward Seeks Director of Development

A successful candidate should have the following:

· A Bachelor’s degree

· Nonprofit experience (beneficial but not necessary)

· Experience managing projects or events

· Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others

· Excellent organizational skills

· Competency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint

· High level of comfort with learning new computer programs

· Strong written communication skills

· Ability to oversee financial planning and analysis

This is a flexible full time position. Our office is open Monday – Thursday from 9AM –3PM. We work remotely or close for all school holidays but are open in the summer. In addition, the director of development is required to attend monthly board meetings, committee meetings, events (weekday and weekend) and related activities.
