Seniors Receive Free IDs in North Hempstead

The cards included each senior's name, photo, and contact information, should first responders need during an emergency.

Seniors attending the North Hempstead “Funday Monday” Health Fair received free ID cards Monday.

The cards included each senior’s name, photo, and contact information, should first responders need during an emergency.

The initiative was thanks to a partnership with Sen. Jack Martins and County Executive Ed Mangano who worked with Supervisor Judi Bosworth to bring their free senior ID card program to the health fair at the Town of North Hempstead Beach.
