Shabbat On The Lawn | Bluegrass Music with Nefesh Mountain

Join us for an inspirational Shabbat evening with the sounds of the Jewish Bluegrass band, Nefesh Mountain. The Community Synagogue is celebrating Shelley Roff, Director of the Early Childhood Center as we say farewell and thank you for her more than 25 years of service. There will also be an acknowledgement of new members who are completing their first year at the synagogue.

This free musical Shabbat evening, held on Friday, June 10 (rain date June 17), dinner at 5:15 pm; services at 6:30 pm, is open to everyone and will be held at The Community Synagogue, 160 Middle Neck Road, Port Washington, NY 11050. Enjoy a Pot Luck Barbeque dinner, The Community Synagogue will provide the main course. Please volunteer to bring a pareve salad (with no nuts or dairy products), a pareve or vegetarian side dish (with no nuts or dairy products), soda or juice.
