$1,950-A-Month PLG Apartment Dubbed 'Affordable' By City
Seven new Prospect-Lefferts Gardens apartments on the affordable housing market are available to those earning more than $68,000 a year.

PROSPECT-LEFFERTS GARDENS, BROOKLYN -- Seven new one-bedroom apartments hit the affordable housing lottery this week and are available to anyone who can afford $1900 a month in rent, city records show.
The newly constructed units at 2527 Church Ave., between Bedford and Rogers Avenue, are only available to households of one or two who earn between $65,143 and $108,550 a year, according to the NYC Housing Connect listing.
Four of the one-bedrooms go for $1900-a-month and three go for $1950-a-month, city records show.

Building amenities include a laundry room, fitness center and parking spaces, but residents may need to pay fees to use them.
Applicants who qualify have until March 26 to apply.
