4 Train Straphanger Snapped Photos Up Woman's Dress, Cops Say
Police are looking for the guy who lay across a row of subway seats to sneak his phone up a woman's dress.
CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN -- Police are looking for a man who snuck his phone underneath a woman's dress and took photos.
The creep lay down on the seat of a southbound 4 train at the Utica Avenue station at about 8 p.m. on Aug. 28, police said.
He then put his phone underneath a 35-year-old woman's dress and started taking pictures, police said.

If arrested, the man can be charged with unlawful surveillance, police said.
