Duo Steals $60K Worth Of Equipment From Brooklyn Buildings: Cops
Cops are looking for two men who have stolen nearly $60,000 worth of tools and computer equipment from several Brooklyn buildings.

BROOKLYN, NY — Cops are searching for two men who have stolen nearly $60,000 worth of tools and equipment from buildings in Brooklyn over the summer, police announced this week.
The two men are wanted for five break-ins, three of which were at the same building, throughout July and August in Flatbush and Prospect Lefferts Gardens, police said Monday.
The men first forced their way into a building at 4909 Clarendon Rd. in the early morning hours of July 27, July 29 and Aug. 11, police said.

They stole $30,500 worth of tools and computer equipment the first day, $19,000 wroth of equipment the second time and another $5,000 worth of tools and equipment the third visit, according to police.
The men then broke into a building on Utica Avenue on Aug. 30 and another building on Rutland Road on Aug. 31.

At the Utica Avenue building, the men took $5,000 worth of tools. At the Rutland Road building, they were interrupted by a man and fled empty-handed, police said.
Police said the men appear to be between 30 and 40 years old.
