CROWN HEIGHTS — Police arrested an off-duty New York City school crossing guard on suspicion of domestic assault. Jazmin Hurtado, 36, was arrested Monday and charged her with assaulting her husband, with whom she is going through a divorce, in Crown Heights, the NYPD said.The NYPD didn't have information on which school or schools at which Hurtado worked.
