Responsibilities include the following:
- Conduct district-wide youth services needs assessment
- Develop plans for filling gaps in youth services
- Compile list of possible funding sources for youth services
- Coordinate workshops, seminars, conferences on issues of concern to youth, e.g., health, employment, substance abuse, education, and recreation
