CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — Police are looking for the man who choked a woman with one hand and fondled himself with the other on a Brooklyn train, according to police.

Police released a photo this weekend of a man they believe attacked a 51-year-old woman whom he followed from the Sutter-Avenue-Rutland Road station onto a Manhattan-bound 3 train on March 13.

The man cornered the woman on the moving train, threw one arm around her neck and shoved his hand down his pants, police said.
