8pm- Sabina Saragoussi
Genre: Acoustic Rock
For fans of: Rock, Folk, Urban Folk
Capturing the experiences of life through song, Sabina reflects honestly and uninhibited on her thoughts and emotions, creating space for her audience to do the same. This Brooklyn native captivates her listeners with colorfully expressive lyrics, sensual and passionate vocals, and dynamic guitar sounds, dipping into rock and folk and experimenting with electronic sounds. Her varied influences (including Imogen Heap, Ani DiFranco, Ray LaMontagne and Nine Inch Nails, to name a few) and new interest in reaching the dance floor has taken her music in some different directions. Sabina has had the privilege of opening for several acclaimed urban folk artists such as Rose Polenzani, Edie Carey and Anne Heaton.
Currently living in New York City, Sabina performs and records with other local musicians and can be heard on several of Brooklyn singer/songwriter Xavier Cardriche’s releases.
