Suspect Arrested In Fatal Stabbing Of Crown Heights Woman: Cops
Alicia Harris was charged with murder Saturday in the death of Latasha Webster, who was found stabbed on a street in Brownsville.
BROOKLYN, NY — Cops have made an arrest in the death of Latasha Webster, a woman from Crown Heights who was found stabbed on a street in Brownsville last month.
Alicia Harris, 40, was arrested on murder and weapons charges on Saturday in connection with the July 28 stabbing, cops announced Tuesday.
Harris lives in Brownsville, just a few blocks from the spot on Pitkin Avenue where Webster was stabbed, records show.

Police found Webster, 37, with multiple stab wounds near the corner of Pitkin Avenue and Osborn Street just before 6 p.m. that Tuesday. She was brought to Kings County Hospital and pronounced dead, police said.
Webster lived in Crown Heights on Saint John's Place, records show.
