Teen Found Stabbed Inside Brooklyn Barbershop, Police Say

A 19-year-old teen died after police found him stabbed inside a Church Avenue shop, just south of Prospect Park, authorities said.

FLATBUSH, BROOKLYN — A 19-year-old Flatbush man died after police found him stabbed in a Church Avenue barbershop, police said.

Mamadou Bah was pronounced dead Tuesday evening after he arrived at Kings County Hospital Center, authorities said.

Bah's death remains under investigation by the NYPD. Officers at about 8 p.m. received a 911 call about a stabbed man — Bah — inside of 1916 Church Ave., just south of Prospect Park, authorities said.

The address is home to Gentlemen's Quarters Salon, according to Yelp.

NYPD officers found Bah inside with a stab wound to his torso, authorities said. They didn't have information on whether Bah was stabbed inside the barbershop or went there after being stabbed elsewhere.

Police didn't find a weapon and as of Wednesday no one has been arrested, they said.
