Vote for Local Brooklyn Student - A Finalist in Microsoft's YouthSpark Challenge for Change

We received hundreds of submissions for Microsoft’s YouthSpark Challenge for Change, a contest asking young people to create a project that addresses a social issue in their communities or around the world.

The judging panel selected 20 finalists including Gin Cheng, and now we’re opening it up to public voting – anyone can vote once a day through June 24 – to select five grand prize winners who will win a 3-week volunteer trip to Kenya this summer, $2,500 to help fund their social good projects, as well as a Windows Phone 8 and Xbox 360.

Gin developed a project to address accessibility and quality health assistance by developing a plan to create a tele-health mobile application so people will have access to doctors, lab reports and information.
