Woman Found Dead In Suspected Crown Heights Homicide

Police found Kiara Guadalupe, 21, on Thursday with two small puncture wounds to her chest inside a Crown Street home, authorities said.

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — A 21-year-old Brooklyn woman's death is being investigated as a homicide after police found two puncture wounds to her chest, authorities said.

Kiara Guadalupe was found unconscious Thursday inside a Crown Heights apartment, where medics declared her deceased, police said.

A 911 call brought police to the apartment at Crown Street and Dearborn Court, authorities said. The caller said Guadalupe couldn't breathe, police said.

NYPD officers arrived to find Guadalupe in a bedroom, unconscious and with two small puncture wounds to her chest, authorities said.

They deemed her death a homicide but a medical examiner will make a final determination, authorities said.
