QUEENS, NY — A crash in Long Island on Wednesday afternoon left a Queens teenager dead and another three teens, also from Queens, in the hospital, state police said.
18-year-old Aaron Jagroop, of South Ozone Park, was driving east on the Southern State Parkway near Exit 35 in Babylon when his Toyota Sienna hit a Toyota Camry in the center lane around 1:30 p.m., police said. Jagroop lost control of the car and drove off the road, through the right shoulder and into a tree. The Camry was able to pull over onto the shoulder and the driver was not injured.
