4 Charged With Assaulting, Robbing Man: Police
BREAKING: The incident took place in Riverhead on Monday, police said.

RIVERHEAD, NY — Three men and a women assaulted and robbed a man in Riverhead on Monday, police said.
According to Riverhead Town Police, a 911 call came in at 10:59 a.m from a man who said he was the victim of a robbery and assault on Raynor Avenue.
When police arrived, the victim was found a short distance from the resident, authorities said.

The Riverhead Police Department's detective division was notified and responded to scene; the victim was transported to Peconic Bay Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries, police said.
After a subsequent investigation, four people were arrested, including Dwayne Kyle Harris, 32, of Riverhead who was charged with two counts of second degree assault and two counts of second degree robbery; Sheryl Madr, 33, of Flanders, who was charged with two counts of second degree robbery and one count of second degree assault; Alexander G. Crampe, 39, of Riverhead, charged with one count of second degree assault and one count of unlawful possession of marijuana; and Michael T. Young, 33, of Riverhead, who was charged with two counts of second degree robbery and one count of second degree assault, police said.

They were all transported to police headquarters to be processed, and held for morning arraignment, police said.
