4 Netted, Charged With DWI During Riverhead Enforcement: Police
In addition to the arrests, a 91-year old man was found at a checkpoint and returned to his family, police say.

RIVERHEAD, NY — Four people were arrested and charged after a targeted DWI enforcement in Riverhead Saturday night, police said.
According to Riverhead Police, the holiday DWI enforcement was part of a continuing effort by the Suffolk County District Attorney's DWI Task Force. Members of the Riverhead Police Department, New York State Police, Suffolk County Police and Southold Police conducted two sobriety checkpoints, along with targeted DWI enforcement, beginning on Saturday night into Sunday morning throughout Riverhead, police said.
The following individuals were arrested and charged during the overnight enforcement period, police said:

- Hector E. Perez-Rodriguez , 32, of Riverhead, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, police said.
- Diane Nisler, 61, of Calverton, was charged with driving while intoxicated, police said.

- Tiffany Hyatt, 29, of Middle Island, was charged with driving while intoxicated, police said.
- Thomas R. Wolkwitz, 24, of Manorville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, alcohol/drugs, police said.
In addition to the arrests, a missing person for whom a Silver Alert had been issued was located at a checkpoint in Calverton; the 91-year old man was returned to his family in Amityville, police said.
