Spring is in the Air!
With spring sprung, and activity re-energizing, take a look at some ways to get your body acclimated with the new season.

To be certain, with the Earth stirring in this region as we transit into Spring, we cannot help but respond in like fashion. For some this means systemic shake-ups, expressing themselves as forms of mild detoxification. Often the individual experiences a sense of discomfort as the body throws off a Winter's worth of excess and sluggishness. We're generally not as active during the colder months for obvious reasons, and the body functions very differently during this time. As we ease into Spring, various systems begin to "act out" as they regenerate and cast off unwelcome trappings accrued during the brisk and sometimes less than efficient circumstances.
Fortunately, nature provides some nice, low tech herbal tools to help the individual navigate these waters. Check out the Internal Body Cleanse section of the natural food store near you. Here you'll find solid herbal and fiber formulations in many forms that will ease the way toward balance in this regard. Truly, a wise choice of supplementation and possibly a light fast or live fruit and/or vegetable juice program can go a long way to bring you home again ... utilizing "old school" rules. These programs are minimally invasive, oftentimes delicious and stirring, energetically, and aid in cutting through the time spent laboring in the mire of the body seeking harmony.
Saunas, steam baths, water baths (with or without real/whole sea salt), massage therapy, yoga, meditation, proper exercise and a broad range of additional, supportive approaches can and do assist many folks in these ways at these junctures.
Be well and thrive!
