Crowd Turns Out For Polka, Pierogies At Polish Festival: Photos
The fun continues Sunday in Polish Town. Who else is going?
RIVERHEAD, NY — Polish pride was out in force Saturday as a festive crowd enjoyed pierogies and polka galore at the the Polish Town Civic Association's 45th Annual Polish Town Fair & Festival in Riverhead.
Smiles abounded as all in attendance filled the streets, enjoying Polish food and music. Elected officials spoke at the showmobile, as well.
The event continues Sunday in Polish Town from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and includes vendors, kielbasa, beer, stuffed cabbage and, of course, pierogies.

This year, crowds can enjoy Polska Disco by DJ Janusz and J & R Entertainment, beginning at noon.
On Sunday afternoon the Polish School will perform at the showmobile at 2 p.m.
