Bistro 72 Five-Course New Year's Eve Prix Fixe Dinner

Located in the chic new Hotel Indigo, Bistro 72 the casually elegant restaurant under the culinary aegis of Chef Lia Fallon of Amarelle,is offering a special Five-Course New Year's Eve Prix Fixe dinner menu with seating from 6PM to 9PM for $72 (tax and gratuities not included). On the menu an opener of either North Fork seafood chowder or Bistro 72 salad, an appetizer course that offers a choice of such specialties as prime filet of beef carpaccio with fresh horseradish cream, and wild mushroom risotto balls with oven dried tomato puree and truffle oil. An intermezzo of Bartlett pear sorbetto will be served between the second and third courses.

For a main course, diners can choose from a petite rack of lamb with minted port reduction, Crescent Farm duck breast with a cherry balsamic glaze or seared salmon with fried capers and braised fennel, among other entrees. House-made dessert selections include red velvet cake, raspberry panna cotta and chocolate pot de crème. A complimentary glass of Sparkling Pointe Brut is included with dinner.
