RIVERHEAD, NY — A man was injured in a Riverhead dirt bike crash Monday, police said.
According to Riverhead Police, at 1:54 p.m., the police received a report of a dirt bike crash that took place in the area of the park on Oakland Drive North.
Driver Willie E. Hopkins was transported to Stony Brook University Medical Center via Suffolk County Police Aviation due to injuries sustained; injuries do not appear to be life-threatening, police said.
